Getting along with summer.

I am not really a hot weather fan, but I have always loved walking out of a building in the evening to the warm breezes of summer. Just warm enough to be comfortable and yet still refreshing. Thank goodness that BC is not really humid! I hope you are having great weather where you are.

I have triumphed, the blue socks are done! I am now doing some swatching for the next few shawls... pictures to follow in a day or two. I am going to try on the watery root again and hopefully keep knitting away this weekend, so that I can add that to the FO anouncements!
YAY, that would be good. Tonight is fiber night at Knitopia. So good company and tea tonight.

Soak up that summer weather! Let it inspire you!

I always think I'm a hot weather person, but then when it comes I change my tune! I think the truth is more that I am NOT a cold weather person, so anything than that must be better, right? ;)

Looking forward to seeing the socks, and whatever else you get up to. Enjoy knit night!

It's great you finished your socks. I can't wait to see them!

Have fun tonight at your knitopia! Wish I could be there!

Ooh socks, socks are cool. Let me see! I hate the heat, really and truly in the winter I don't complain. In interior Alaska or now back in New England. Negative sixty, don't care could be hot and humid. Wind chill of negative twenty, wear my thick hat. Ninety with humidity so high the air is "dangerous", all set. Hope you find a fabulous cool spot.

Are you getting eaten alive by mosquitos? I dropped my friend off at the Albion Ferry the other night and she had 10 bites before she even boarded!

Thanks for visiting my blog. I love the Flower Bud Shawl. I have the same problem too & now have to limit myself to only casting on a new project after I have a FO. Still resisting!
